S2P works closely with the client to develop a clear understanding of the desired learning objectives, design constraints, target audience and a thorough analysis of the existing content. A detailed project plan is created with timelines and client acceptance milestones defined. A project manager with strong custom e-Learning development experience is assigned to the project to guide the client and the S2P team to a successful conclusion.

”Best Practices’ script/storyboards are submitted to the client for review and customization or S2P develops any new custom script/storyboards. The storyboards may be evaluated by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when necessary. A client branded courseware ‘skin’ will also be created and submitted for acceptance at this stage.

The course is customized, or newly authored during this phase, using a commercially available off-the-shelf tool. Any new video, audio, photography or graphics are developed and optimized for the selected delivery medium. Beta versions of the courseware will be made available to the customer for review and testing with a selected Learning Management System (LMS). The beta process is iterative and incorporates client feedback.

The final accepted courseware will be delivered to the customer on CD-ROM for either duplication or upload to the customer LMS or e-Learning website. S2P can assist in either the duplication or deployment process as needed.

S2P offers a number of post-delivery evaluation tools to test the effectiveness of the training courseware, including mystery shopper/guest programs.
